One of our customers in waste processing wanted a more efficient use of materials. Instead of a welding connection we recommended a drum construction with a clamping bush. As a result only the drum needs to be replaced and the axle can be retained.

The agricultural machinery manufacturer (OEM) questioned whether the design and set-up would work. Tempo Trommels & Rollen provided step files of the products, so that the engineering could quickly approve the design.
Real-life example: weight reduction
The manufacturer (OEM) of mobile crushing and screening machines approached the maximum weight limits. They now use the BTQ, the UHMWPE idler and save 55% weight compared to a similar steel roller.
